‍Millrace collects only what it needs to run the club and care for your vehicle, and does not sell your personal information.

1. What We Collect

Contact and account – Name, email, phone, mailing address, app login.

Payment – Billing details, processed by our payment processor; Millrace keeps only the last four digits.

Vehicle – Year, make, model, VIN, plate, mileage, declared value.

Insurance – Carrier, policy number, expiration, coverage type.

Condition records – Photos and notes from drop-off, pickup, and services.

Access and facility – Pickup and drop-off requests, access logs, security camera footage.

Events – Registrations, Guest names, waivers, event photos and video.

Communications – Emails, texts, and app messages with staff.

2. How We Use It

We use this information to provide Membership, storage, services, and Events; to bill you; to verify ownership and insurance; to document vehicle condition; to keep facilities secure; to communicate with you; to meet legal obligations, including lien notices; and, subject to your choices, to market Millrace.

3. How We Share It

We share information only:

• with service providers that help us operate, such as payment processors, app and hosting providers, and vendors performing services you order;
• with insurers, lenders, or lessors when needed for a claim, a lien notice, or to administer your Storage Plan;
• with a partner organization through which you joined, limited to your Membership status, only with your consent;
• when required by law or to protect people or property; and
• with a successor if Millrace's business is sold or reorganized.

4. Your Choices

• Marketing email: unsubscribe using the link in any email.
• Text messages: reply STOP.
• Photos of you: attending Events includes consent to photography under Section 7 of the Membership Agreement. You may ask us to remove a specific image of you.
• Vehicle photos: email info@millracemotorclub.com to turn on the Vehicle Photo Opt-Out.
• Discretion: choose a discretion option so you are not named as a Member in our marketing.
• Access and correction: ask us to see or correct your information at info@millracemotorclub.com.

5. Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it while you are a Member and afterward as needed for legal, tax, insurance, and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Children

The Site and Membership are not directed to children under 18.

7. Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date and notify Members of material changes by email.
