These Terms govern your use of millracemotorclub.com, its subdomains, and the Millrace app (the "Site"), operated by Slow Club LLC d/b/a Millrace Motor Club ("Millrace"). Membership, storage, and Events are governed by their own agreements.

1. Acceptance

By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Accounts and Security

2.1 Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2.2 Tell Millrace promptly at info@millracemotorclub.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

2.3 Millrace may suspend or disable an account that violates these Terms or appears compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Site, including by accessing others' accounts, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

4. Partners and Sponsors

The Site may feature partners and sponsors that Millrace does not control. Millrace is not responsible if a partner changes or withdraws an offer shown on the Site. Partner websites have their own terms.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Site's content, names, and logos belong to Millrace or its licensors. You may view them for personal use only.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, Millrace makes no warranties about the Site, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or errors. Event details and other information may change. Millrace will correct errors it learns of as quickly as practical.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Millrace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This Section does not limit liability for Millrace's gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability Minnesota law does not allow to be limited.

8. Changes

Millrace may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email.

9. Governing Law

Minnesota law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
