The Millrace Motor Club warehouse and lounge is conveniently located in St. Louis Park near the intersection of 394 and 100, less than a mile south-east of The Shops at West End.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our Storage Membership offers 24/7 unlimited ins/outs of your vehicle, however, access is not self-serve. For the safety of yours and others vehicles, only Millrace employees can drive and park vehicles inside our facility.
Members have access all 7 days a week, with a minimum 3-hour notice required during business hours of 8AM-6PM. Vehicle drop-offs do not need to be scheduled, though it is encouraged to help our team plan for their day.
Millrace guarantees your vehicle will be staged and ready for you at your scheduled pick up time. Simply grab the keys on arrival and drive out. For drop offs, you can park outside in our private lot, or pull your car into our drop off bay and check your keys into the lock box. We handle pulling the car in and parking from there. It's really that simple!
Our Seasonal Storage plan does not include any vehicle in/out access, as it's primary purpose is for winter storage.
The more vehicles you store with us, the more you save. Storage memberships are priced per vehicle, but once you pass certain thresholds, your rate for each additional vehicle automatically drops:
Vehicles 3–4: $25/mo off selected plan
Vehicles 5–8: $50/mo off selected plan
Vehicles 9+: $75/mo off selected plan
Discounts apply automatically as your collection grows. No need to request anything or renegotiate your membership. Just park it, and we'll take care of the rest.
It's a good idea to contact your insurance company and let them know you plan to store your vehicle at our facility. You could potentially save a few bucks. If you are planning not to move the vehicle for a prolonged period of time, we highly recommend you contact your insurance company and switch to comprehensive coverage only.

Yes, Millrace Motor Club carries multiple levels of insurance to protect our members, their assets, and our facility overall.
You are required to carry comprehensive insurance for you vehicle when stored at our facility. Your insurance would be the primary insurance in the event of an accident while stored at our facility.
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Our 6- and 12-month storage contracts are designed for the full term, so if you need to end early, the remaining months' dues become due as a final payment to close out the contract. Initiation and intake fees are non-refundable.
